Q: Will you release an RTAS and VST version of the new OrangeVocoder?
A: As the name suggests the upcoming 10th Anniversary AudioUnit version is an AudioUnit plug in suitable to be used with all host applications that support AudioUnit Cocoa plug ins, like for instance Logic and GarageBand. Due to the ongoing transition to the new VST3 SDK and Intel related updates to our RTAS code base we do not yet know if and when the new OrangeVocoder will be available in other formats as well. If you subscribe to our newsletter you will be promptly notified as soon as more information becomes available.

The 10th Anniversary AudioUnit Edition is an AudioUnit edition, there never was any mention of a VST or RTAS version (which doesn’t mean that there will be none). Our AudioUnit products have been in the pipeline for so long that they are the first to come out now. We don’t have any details on RTAS and VST versions yet and there has never been any announcement in this regard but we will announce any news on our web site as soonas they become available.
