Prosoniq needs
When you are shopping or registering products with Prosoniq,
we need your complete address information in order to be
able to send you a written invoice or other vital
information pertaining to the downloaded product. You might
need this invoice or information as an evidence of licence
(licence agreement) if you buy downloadable software at
Prosoniq.
Some information is optional but will make communication
between you and us easier. In addition to this these
information will help us to adjust our supply in the best
possible way to the needs of our customers.
It is your own decision if you want to give us these

Will Customer Data Be Transmitted To Any Third
Party?
If you send us a direct debit authorization, we will check
the integrity of the given details with the bank in charge
of your account.
Prosoniq, however, reserves the right to place user data at
legal authorities' disposal when asked within the scope of
police investigations.
With these exceptions we will under no circumstances pass
any customer data on to any third party.
We will only send you a newsletter at your own explicit
request. The entry "User Forum" will help you with the
subscription or cancellation of further newsletters.
Which Information Will Be Recorded By Prosoniq?
We observe all navigation inside Prosoniq. This information
will be statistically interpreted now and then to improve
our supply and guarantee optimal online shopping and
