Karlsruhe, February 3rd, 2008 - As you may have noticed the Prosoniq web site has been completely redesigned to allow for better navigation and to enable you to find the information you’re looking for more quickly. Due to the ongoing changes a new and improved support and CRM system will be installed at our support desk in a few days. We are very proud of our customer support who is usually available for our customers 12 hours a day and 7 days a week. The new system will allow us even faster turnaround times and to better track your inquiries. We apologize for not being able to serve you during the upcoming 2 weeks but we are sure that you will appreciate the new system as much as we will. We’re looking forward to your feedback and will try to work through our backlog as quickly as we can. In the meantime, you can still use our support and contact forms to submit inquiries to us, even though we will not be able to respond before the 22nd. The auto-reply you get when submitting that form will cover the most frequent questions and will give you further directions should you need help more quickly. Also, our independent user forum is a great way to get in touch with other users who may be able to help you out.
