TimeFactory MacOS X With iTunes Import Available
Karlsruhe, May 3rd, 2007 — Today Prosoniq are releasing the second update for the new Universal Binary MacOS X TimeFactory 2 which contains even more interesting and useful features. With the new version 2.0.6 TimeFactory now supports preview and import directly from your iTunes library - you don’t have to look for the files on your hard disk, import has never been easier! Importing from iTunes allows you to find, preview, import and process your favourite tracks in an instant - adapting them to your preferred speed or key (for example, for Karaoke playback) is done in no time. The new play original/play processed feature in 2.0.6 lets you compare the result with the original file while it is being processed - no more waiting! The new version also supports automated creation of a full octave multi-sampled set of files as well as a time stretch series with an arbitrary number of files and spread. Last not least, this new version has an extra expert page where you can specify time stretch, pitch shift (or both) directly in Frames-Per-Second (FPS). If you are preparing audio tracks for video this takes care of all the audio rate conversion for you. This update is recommended for all TimeFactory 2 users and can be downloaded off the Prosoniq web site in the download -> updates category. A new demo version is also available.
