		<description><![CDATA[A: NothPole checks for a new version once per day. If you don&#8217;t like it to do this you can disable the check by issuing the following command in Terminal:
defaults write com.prosoniq.audiounit.NorthPole &#8220;userEnableUpdateCheckOnStartup&#8221; -int 0
Similarly, you can re-enable the check by using the command
